The transfer market for Valencia CF has already kicked off with the long speculated arrival of Enzo Perez. There will be a bit more action to look forward to in this transfer market, input and outputs.
For outputs, we have Zuculini who has just about had enough (both him and Manchester City) of his lack of gameplay and will look elsewhere for gametime - maybe Getafe is his destination. We also have Felipe Augusto who has really been the worst player on the team so far, hasn't impressed anyone including Nuno who advised the club to bring him in the first place. He will likely leave on loan and even more so if another midfielder arrives. Then there are rumours about interest for Carles Gil from Aston Villa, who is willing to spend 5 million euros on his signature. Finally we have a loan proposal from Elche for Robert Ibanez. Should the loan deal go through, it would mean shortage of two right wingers with Feghouli gone to the African Nations cup. However, if Valencia CF play by the 3-5-2 system as in recent games, the wing backs are already plenty.
For additions, the rumours are centered on midfield players to replace Zuculini and Augusto. Some names that have been mentioned recently are Pedro Obiang and Soriano from Sampadoria in Italy, Marcelo Brozovic of Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia, Fredy Guarin from Inter, as well as Ayala's favorite - Matias Kranvitter of River Plate (he is of course Argentinean). So far, Kranvitter is where most of the interest is and it seems the most credible. Ayala has been really impressed by the player and he himself is willing to join while River Plate seems willing to sell. He is liked for his ability to break up play and transition into offense quickly.
